Beautifully furnished 1/1 with a King size bed, fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs and includes Wifi and NETFLIX . The community is gated and guarded 24/7, 3 heated pools, 10 tennis courts, Bocce ball, Shuffleboard, fitness center, hot tub, library, Golf Course, with over 3,000 feet of unspoiled beach on this un-crowded laid back island. Why stay anywhere else when you can stay here with endless amenities and beautifully manicured grounds. Sip your coffee in the morning on the screen covered balcony overlooking the golf course. **MAIN POOL WILL NOT BE FUNCTIONAL FOR THE 2024-2025 SEASON. HOWEVER, THERE ARE OTHER 3 POOLS AVAILABLE YOU MAY USE**
