Welcome to your island Paradise! This is a beautiful split plan, 5th floor full Ocean View condo in Catamaran I in Award Winning Ocean Village! This unit is light and bright, with all stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, room for 6 at the dining room table. The unit also boasts a beautiful space in the enclosed balcony to enjoy your morning cup of joe and watch the boats sail by! The Master Bedroom features a King sized bed and a flat screen television, with views of the ocean. The Master Bath has a walk in shower. The Guest Bedroom offers 2 full sized beds, with a TV and views of the ocean! This unit comes with a covered parking space, . Included with your rental is washer/dryer, cable/internet & WIFI.
