"Perfect location, was on the 7th and the light was too much to sleep, no quality blinds sunrise is 4:30 am and sets at 11pm so for a light sleeper it was hard to sleep with all the light in the room"

"Booked 2 rooms 5 nights for familyn9f 4. Got both rooms so far away, they were able to get another room little closer on the 2nd day. Housekeeping is not good, beds, used towels for change left as is and no coffee refills till the day before checkout. Twice we went down to the reception to get coffee refills but found good coffee shops nearby so didn't bother for the rest of the stay. Location is amazing, centrally located to everything."

"Very convenient location if you have a flight out if the Helsinki airport. The hotel is located right under the terminal building 2. If you are arriving at HEL, take a quick left as soon as you come out of the arrival gate. The hotel reception is in the basement. If you are leaving HRL, the terminal 2 departure gate is two flights upstairs and it takes less than 5 minutes from the hotel to the departure gate. The P line train station is also very close."

"A mixed week long business stay at this airport hotel. The good - great location / proximity to main airport building; lovely breakfast; friendly staff; clean and modern vibe. The bad - housekeeping was dreadful (cleaning missed 2 days in a row despite me following the instructions); dodgy air conditioning in room not fixed; petty check-in tried to charge me to access my room very slightly early; no telephone in the room to contact housekeeping or reception (involved a lengthy walk to resolve each issue). Needs to try a bit harder to lift standards."

"Everything went smoothly, even the free shuttle bus from the airport arrived only one minute after I had entered the platform. Check-in was fast and the room including bathroom was just great for my one-night pre-flight stay. Well, the shower stand space could be larger, and I heard somebody complaining the free shuttle might not be running at 2 am. Everybody agreed thst the breakfast is great. This is my new favorite pre-flight hotel at the Helsinki airport!"
