"Lovely couple hosts, always happy to help if needed. The spaces are clean, and the modern kitchen is available if you’d like to prepare a meal. The house has a back garden and safe off-street parking, and it was a quiet place to sleep. One small suggestion would be to update the bath towels. Fresh, good-sized towels make a big difference for comfort and give guests that extra feeling of care and quality during their stay. "The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. I had to leave early so wasn’t able too enjoy the breakfast. I appreciated that there was a shuttle to and from the airport. It would have been nicer to be let off at the front door of the hotel because I had a lot of luggage. The shuttle drivers were very kind and helpful. At the airport the driver went and got a luggage cart for me to use. So very thoughtful when he saw me struggling to drag my crate."

"Room was lovely and clean and spacious enough for us both with comfortable beds. The breakfast is nice with several options and seemed fresh and good quality ingredients. The biggest negative was the fact when we arrived we were told the Pool was not available due to maintenance. This was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel and so was extremely disappointed about this and was given no prior notice. If I had known I probably wouldn't have booked this hotel. We weren't offered anything such as late check out etc that may have made it more palatable."
