We had a leak in our ceiling for our entire visited that was never fixed during our visit. We did get a a couple of free breakfast and late checkout. They should have moved us and kept telling us that the leak as fixed.

We loved staying at the Maya apartments! It was very clean and just as described online. It was very convenient to get to downtown central and there were many grocery stores nearby. We weren’t able to change the temperature in our room but it was comfortable enough as it was about 24 Celsius. The beds were comfortable and the directions to check in and out were simple and easy to follow. We did have to figure out you had to push* then the code to activate the locks and then it was simple to get in and out! Overall it was a wonderful place to stay with the kitchen and washer available and so handy.

Loved the hotel ambiance which is why I booked the hotel. Some staff were very helpful. Some including manager was very disrespectful. Asked for help and was told I had to wait until They were not busy. Others had priority. I paid my money same as others so that was an insult. Also instead of help some pointed me to kiosk. While that may be helpful in some cases I prefer personal help. That's their job too.

"Great location, but reception is understaffed so it sometimes takes a while to check in, you have to pay extra to use the pool, breakfast selection was limited, parking expensive and voice on the elevator annoying."

"Actually due to health problem i was not able to travel and ask the hotel if they can change my dates or give me a refund which they refuse. Also asked to get a receipt that i did not stay at the hotel and they refused to give me and told me to see with expedia. Thats very unfortunate. Expedia told ..."

"This was a great experience for our family. The camp is well maintained in a nice area. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of green space to relax in. It was very close to a bus stop and store which was convenient. Electric chargers are near by too at the CK."
