We stayed at the hotel in early September experiencing excellent service. Receptionist Lilian allowed us to park our car there before the check-in time so that we could spend most of the day exploring Oslo. She was so patient and showed us the best ways to get to a few places in the city. Other staff were also very helpful. Clean everywhere, including large and shared kitchen and bath rooms. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is next to a large playground in a very quiet residential area. Will stay there when coming to Oslo in the future.

Don't stay here. The first morning here my mobile phone stopped opening my room door. I sent a message to support, who never got back to me within 24 hours. I got lucky as the maid came along, and after proving to her I was authorized to be in the room, she let me in. This was the only pleasant experience here, and she should have a raise. Every time I left the room, I had to duct tape the latch so I would be able to get back in again, thus leaving entry to anyone walking down the hall. Not a warm and fuzzy feeling, especially as I constantly saw people entering the building without using a pass code.

The facility was extremely clean, modern, and spacious. It felt more like a Nordic apartment than a hotel. And for a price when we stayed, that is one heck of a deal. It came with great amenities like a kitchen and a washer + dryer combo. It is also extremely easy to get to from Oslo S. Use the elevator on the south side between tracks 3 and 4 (where you will alight from the airport train), turn left on the bridge, use the elevator there, then walk down Toyenbekken and turn right on Gronlandsleiret. Took us 8 minutes and was super easy. The neighbourhood is sketchy at night, but we didn't feel too uneasy at 11 pm. But if you are travelling alone, I would suggest sticking to the main street only at night (Gronlandsleiret). During the day, it feels very safe.

Breakfast was excellent. Short walk from the station, great location to explore Oslo.
