The shower was ridiculous. It was an open floor concept and it got water everywhere! The bathroom door was even warped. If you're not going to fix it, at least get a bigger curtain!
Stayed at this hotel before whilst in Reykjavík. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a great location, walking distance to the city centre and all our excursions were able to pick us up directly from the hotel. Highly recommend.
Located in Vesturbær, this hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Vikin Maritime Museum and Reykjavik Harbour. Reykjavik City Hall and Laugavegur are also within 15 minutes.
We came to Reykjavik so I could run the marathon. The location was superb, the guesthouse was spotless and the owner was terrific. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cheap and no frills. Compact room, perfect if backpacking solo. Decent breakfast spread offered to start the day. Within quick walking distance of shopping district and places of interest, restaurants, and bars. Would stay again.
