"The front desk was very welcoming and informative from the start. All questions were answered with a smile. They even searched to see if our room was available to check in early which it was. We utilized street parking several blocks away. That was more convenient than most hotels in the area. The entire hotel was spotless and smelled pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the view of the city was awesome. This hotel was right in the center of everything. I would recommend it to anyone who wants access to restaurants, shopping and the marina. "

"2 adults + 2 kids (6 & 9) - August 2025. Really nice room (biggest room) with two sleeping areas, a living area, kitchenette and street view. It really made for a comfortable and pleasant vacation. Conveniently located to all the main restaurants, shopping and harbor. Bus stop 1 is only a minute away, where you catch day tours. Wonderful staff (thanks Sergey & Gina!) and a nice breakfast in the bar area. I highly recommend and will stay there again. "
