"This hotel would be just fine, it was charming in the courtyard, but on the quiet days we stayed, the amenities were lacking…. The breakfast section was neglected… first of all and most importantly (you’d think) there was no regular coffee for two days!! Whaaaaa??? And on the second day the front desk had no clue why there was no coffee and had no answers. What?! I was not upset, but merely surprised. Coffee just seems so basic to me at a hotel. Ok. Other items were missing or not working in the breakfast area as well… it just seemed like they didn’t care bc it was not busy. I’m not actually complaining, just giving an honest review. Maybe someone was out sick? Perhaps they are short staffed? No explanation was forthcoming. Not sure. The person who checked me in was excellent, but there seemed to be no one else after that. Luckily we didn’t require much. And it was a bit frustrating that the wifi was useless. Had to use data only. Hotel was not bad, but a solid middling experience. There was nothing that would entice us to stay again. I had higher expectations based on the reviews. So, people should know what to expect: a cute place to sleep but very basic and nothing else in the way of comfort. "

"Rooms are pretty clean. The staff was absolutely incredible. The property itself is pretty nice. The breakfast was pretty good. The pool was a bit cold but it does get hot over there so it makes sense bathroom on site where the pool is so that’s also nice. blackbear diner right next to the hotel was so delicious and huge portions. A really fun dinner large patio off of our room all in all pretty great day. Beds were comfy too."

"The driveway into the hotel was confusing. It needs better signage. The room was basic. It had what I needed. Staff helped me with wifi issues. I was disappointed that the onsite restaurant was not open late night. The hotel location is good for travelers with a car since the area is not very walkable."

"The room had no lamps, just overhead lighting. There were absolutely no hand towels or wash clothes. The fact that there was no in room coffee was very disappointing. They had insulated cups that aren’t necessary for water from the sink. "
