It was a good stay overall, would stay again. Only thing is the room has some damage no smoke detector and damage near door on the wall, we let staff knew as soon as we go in. My only other thing to note is for the price we're paying they should have clearer shower heads. Our looked a little run down. Overall the rest of the hotel was very nice, and it was a comfortable stay.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at when I’m in the area! Beautiful property, clean rooms with a rustic feel, you get a sample of wine and the staff are always great! Kathie the front desk gal is so nice and she’s always too funny! Great to come back to a friendly face! I’d suggest a wine night cap by the fire pit before bed!

Hacienda is definitely a unique hotel. For the price, it was definitely worth it. Typical continental breakfast included and rating of over 9 for sure got my attention. The are around the hotel itself is okay. There is really nothing there to do. As for the hotel itself, I think it is fair that I could give a hard 8/10. Overall clean, fairly quiet and reasonably priced.

I had a great stay here! Only thing I would say is that the walls are a little thin. We could hear the people next to us and in the courtyard but nothing to crazy. They have complimentary breakfast (which we didn’t make it to) and free wifi so always a plus!

I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s a great hotel. Great breakfast. Walking distance to San Juan Bautista, the Mission and all the great shops. The staff is always friendly checking in and out is always easy and pleasant. Only things I did not like were.. Once there was no coffee maker. The hide a bed / king bed room is not convenient or comfortable.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and cute. The location is very convenient, right off highway 156, but the neighborhood right past it is a little sketchy, though we had no issues at all. My only complaints are: the towels aren't great & our room didn't get serviced during our two night stay. Otherwise good choice and best choice given the limited options in the area.
