Private: property 5'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (above ground) (2 x 2 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue house, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: massage (extra). Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Bus stop 2 km, thermal baths "Le Masse di San Sisto" 9 km, bathing lake "Vico" 15 km. Nearby attractions: Sutri 23 km, Tarquinia 29 km, Civita Di Bagnoregio 43 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Bolsena 35 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
