"Clean room and nice view "

"I had great hopes for this hotel but fell short a little. The property is nice and well done but does not offer anything beyond a room and a, lets call it "sufficient" breakfast. Unless you use the spa area which looks great on the pictures, there is just nothing else. The view is great, the location is great and the hotel is in great condition. Hence the reason for the 5-star but it sure is lacking something a little more. Parking is a bit of a pain and loading/unloading should be better...

"Super séjour aux Cinque Terre, l'appartement se trouve à 12 minutes environ de la gare de La Spezia, départ en train vers les 5 terres. L'appartement est dans un village typique, calme et avec une terrasse avec vue sur la mer ! Le petit déjeuner est posé devant notre porte à l'heure demandée. Le proprietaire a été trés réactif à toutes mes demandes, via whattsapp. Toutes mes questions ont eu des réponses, merci à lui. Je pense revenir pour découvrir encore cette magnifique région."

"It was a short drive to town. It was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was good. I loved the cappuccino, my only suggestion would be to have an egg option. "

"The hotel is very well located near the main restaurants and in close proximity to the Satazione Centrale, Central train station to ride the train to Monteroso, Vernazza and the other towns in Cinqueterre. The down side was that we had some ants bothering us in the bathroom."

"Great hotel if you’re not fussed about food breakfast or the pool. Staff were the only thing which was great apart from the sea view room ofcourse. We enjoyed our stay inside the room but hotel seemed to have some smell. Parking also was super busy hotel didn’t have private spots."

"The property was amazing and a beautiful location with tons to do around. I had entered the city a little bit earlier than expected and within five minutes a staff member was there to assist in letting us in, even though they were not operating during these hours. The property was extremely clean and I slept like a baby would definitely recommend."

"15 minutes outside Riomaggiore, which I was worried about at first, however it was really nice to leave the busy town and the bus schedule was convenient. Large patio with amazing views. Incredible restaurant just up the street (il Borgo di campi) family owned, great food, two of the best meals we had on our trip to Italy. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful."
