"This hotel was a gem!!! The property is stunning. The pool is a monument of art (I wish they were extended hours however). The rooms are unique and beautifully decorated. The staff was courteous, genuinely looking to assist you and seem to care about answering your every needs. They assisted with our transit from the airport with great communication and also assisted to our next transfer from a different company. Made the transitions so much easier. The staircase right across the street leads to shops, restaurants etc.. Already thinking of coming back to Naples and can't think of staying anywhere else. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"We stayed here to do some shopping before our ferry to Ischia- hotel was well appointed. The app for the smart services didn’t lead all the services but we managed. Great location close to many restaurants and shopping!"

"The Royal Continental Hotel has an excellent location with a spectacular waterfront view, which was definitely the highlight of my stay. However, the hotel itself feels quite dated, and the décor lacks the beauty and luxury I was expecting. During my visit, ongoing construction made the environment noisy and took away from the overall experience. While the views are wonderful, I wouldn't choose to stay here again."
