Lovely stay in sicily
Lovely relaxing holiday in Sicily. Lovely house and grounds. Nice big pool with plenty of privacy.

Beautiful
Lovely villa which is well equipped. The pool is a real asset and the children really liked it. I think it made their holiday! The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly and clearly to our emails. You do need a car to get around but there are shops and restaurants only a short drive away.

This is a rustic typical Italian cottage with everything you need and more. Very homely .
Our stay was fantastic. The outside kitchen and dining area, great. The gardens just lovely, The pool and pool house, wonderful. The cottage is set in a quiet residential area with good views, lemon trees and fresh vegetables growing all around. When we managed to pull ourselves away from this little piece of heaven we found everyone we came into contact with helpful and friendly. The local villages are well worth the effort, great food and atmosphere. A car is a must, advice is to book it with insurance and satnav befor you arrive, it will save you money. We had an amazing holiday and we cannot thank Mari and her friends enough, they we're so helpful and kind, such sincere friendly people. We so hope to return, what a wonderful experience. Ein tolles Haus mit traumhaften Pool und Garten
Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub! Bereits im Vorfeld die Kommunikation war perfekt, alle nötigen Informationen wurden uns direkt ohne Nachfrage mitgeteilt. Problemloser Check in. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und angenehm ruhig gelegen. Der Garten sehr schön gepflegt, Kumquats konnten wir direkt vom Baum essen. Der Pool ist grandios, sehr viel größer als wir erwartet hatten, sogar Bahnen schwimmen war möglich. Fotos und Beschreibung entsprechen vollumfänglich der Realität. Für Ausflüge braucht es natürlich einen Mietwagen. Um Abends essen zu gehen gibt es ein paar Restaurants, zu denen man auch zu Fuß gelangt (1-3 km Entfernung), wir haben öfter die Gelegenheit genutzt für einen schönen Abendspaziergang. Wir können das Haus und die Gastgeber uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen auch sehr gerne wieder!

Es war, wie schon beim letzen Mal, sehr schön. Das Anwesen ist groß und gut gepflegt und Mary kümmert sich gut um die Gäste. Gerne wieder. :)

A great holiday
We enjoyed our holiday in Casa Delle Camelie very much! The house is in a private residential area, fenced in with an automatic gate and with maximum privacy from neighbours. Decorated in rustic style it has all the necessary modern amenities. Beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of wardrobe and shelf space for the clothes. A baby bed and chair is available for those who travel with a toddler. Kitchen is very well equipped with things you need to prepare meals at home (crockery, cutlery, grilling equipment, cleaning and washing up articles, dishwasher). We had our breakfasts on the porch, in the shade of the tree, and with some view over the distant neighbourhood areas. It was a nice way to start the day! The air conditioning in the house is a blessing, since in the start of our 2-week holiday we experienced heat soaring up to 47 grades Celsius. The 10 m long swimming pool, the big lawn around it and the pool house was a huge hit with the kids. The pool was cleaned daily without us noticing anybody doing it. The communication with the hosts was easy and efficient. They were very friendly and helpful! Our journey started with the flight cancelation, new booking and a landing in an airport wich was 3-4 hour drive from Catania. Mary met us finally at the house at 3:40 a.m. to let us in! The hosts were available on WhatsApp during the entire stay to answer our questions and to help out in case of any problem. They answered promptly and always in a friendly manner.

Tolle Unterkunft, gute Betreuung :)
Das Objekt liegt am Rand von Catania, mit Nähe zum Etna (Auffahrt auf 1900m ~30mins). Es bietet gut Platz für eine 4 köpfige Familie. Die Austattung ist prima, es ist fehlt an nichts. Die Terasse am Haus bietet eine Außenküche inkl. Grillmöglichkeit, was gerade im Sommer schon grandios ist. Ebenso gibt es einen sehr großen Pool mit umfangreicher Liegefläche und einem Poolhaus. Auch hier bietet sich die Möglichkeit zum Kochen und Grillen. Der Garten ist insgesamt schön groß, man muss zum Faulenzen nicht mal das Grundstück verlassen :) Die Lage ist gut zum Etna und Catania, sehenswerte Strände sind etwas entfernt. Zu Sizilien: man benötigt für alles ein Auto, der Verkehr und die Straßen sind nicht für Menschen mit Herzinfarkt-Risiko ;) Wenn sie mehr von der Insel sehen wollen, planen sehr viel Kilometer mit dem Auto. Palermo liegt 3-4h entfernt.

Super Urlaub am Pool

Sehr ruhig und komfortabel
Bei unserem Aufenthalt blieben keine Wünsche offen. Es war alles da was man braucht und auch ein wenig mehr. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bot durch den herrlichen Pool und die Ruhe in der Umgebung einen großen Erholungseffekt. Die Lage ist sehr günstig weil man schnell alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Wanderziele erreichen kann. Also sehr empfehlenswert!

Prima woning
Via diverse elektrische hekken is de woning bereikbaar; huurauto is veilig en wel te parkeren op eigen grond. Een groot perceel met zwembad, tuin en diverse terrassen. Een buitenkeuken, die uitnodigt tot allerlei (barbecue) activiteiten. Onder het huis is een wasmachine aanwezig. In de woning zijn twee slaapkamers van een ruim formaat. De bedden waren prima. De doucheruimte was wat beperkter, maar voldeed. De kamer annex keuken hebben genoeg capaciteit. Aandachtspunten: Het aantal handdoeken was niet ruim bemeten; het drogen ervan, ging niet erg vlot gedurende dit jaargetijde. Ook binnenshuis lukte dit niet; kleding, lakens voelden nogal klam aan. Het oogde hier en daar nogal erg rommelig; materialen niet opgeruimd. Een verzorgde omgeving draagt bij aan vakantiegenot. Achter gelaten etenswaren stonden in (koel)kast; niet even fris.

Mooie vakantiewoning met super zwembad
Vakantiehuis gelegen aan de voet van de Etna met grote tuin en prive zwembad van alle gemakken voorzien. Zowel binnen als buiten helemaal top!

Wundervolles Anwesen mit tollem Pool für erholsamen Urlaub
Wir verbrachten 2 schöne Urlaubswochen auf diesem tollen Anwesen. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, die Außenküche ist einfach umwerfend und wurde von uns täglich genutzt. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Alles in allem schöner als im Internet und sehr zu empfehlen.

Het is een prachtige plek en we werden vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen. Jammer dat er geen foto's van de buitenkeuken bij staan want hier hebben we juist het meest gezeten en is werkelijk prachtig. Twee ingebouwde BBQ's in de buitenkeuken en bij het huisje nog een pizzaoven. De vriendelijke buurvrouw had voor ons nog een brood gebakken met kaas en olijven. Verder werden we door de zoon van de sleutelhouder geïnformeerd over leuke plekjes op Sicilië via Whatsapp. Een echte aanrader.

Ein tolles Haus zum relaxen!
Sehr schönes Anwesen mit tollem Grundstück und einem genialen Pool. Alles was es zum relaxen braucht gibt es hier. Sehr sauber alles! Auch mit der Outdoor Küche macht draußen kochen Spaß! Kleiner Abzug wegen der allgemeinen Lage, zu Fuß gibt's nichts in der Nähe. Ansonsten alles perfekt!

joli jardin proche de l'Etna.
Très agréable location. La maison est très bien placée pour les visites autour de l'Etna, Catane et de Taormine. Elle est située dans un environnement résidentiel, très calme et entourée d'un grand jardin bien entretenu avec une très grande piscine. Viagrande est une petite ville très jolie avec quelques commerces. L'accueil de Mari et David (qui parle français) est très chaleureux. Nous recommandons cette location.
