Hotel’s staff is very friendly. Buffet breakfast was tasty, they even offered freshly squeezed juice using the choice of your vegetable. Only drawback is the location, but far to walk to the city’s touristy old town, also the hotel is right next to several train tracks.

Great stay in Vicenza

Great hotel around 20 minutes walking from the Old Town. Big and comfortable rooms with new bathroom and all the required amenities. Delicious breakfast with homemade sweet treats, omelettes and cold cuts. The restaurant on the ground floor is a must-try.

Great hotel! clean room and helpful staff. also 20 min walk to town center but sound was an issue in the rooms as you could hear the room next door or people walking down the corridor. another plus was the supermarket downstairs was very handy

The room was average but, clean. Carpet could be updated as there were stains on the carpet taking away from the atmosphere of the room. Balcony was nice and great place to sit and read and have your coffee. The TV did not work in the room, which was not a big deal for us. The amenities; pool, sauna did not appear useful. Sauna was not working and pool was very small. We did use the gym and it was ok. The restaurant was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, they offered a continental breakfast which was good. Overall, a good place to stay. We recommend it.

Great Hotel - ideally placed.

Lovely hotel, well within walking distance to Vicenza centre. The room was lovely and clean, it overlooked the train station and the car park but the room was really quiet. Breakfast was good. The lady with blonde hair that was working in reception at check in was excellent! Absolutely first class service and she could not have done any more to help. Fantastic service with a smile. I will definitely stay here again.

I was looking for a comfortable hotel for a stop over during a road trip and was super happy to have selected this hotel as an option. Parking is included and on the premises, the room was spacious, but the highlight was the breakfast the next morning, with a lot of options!! The restaurant downstairs was a good option since I was tired and did not want to go into the city. Only strange thing was that there was no shower cabin, so that after showering the whole bathroom was wet.

Vincenza sightseeing base & comfort

The hotel is wonderful as a base to see Vicenza - on the 10 bus which goes to & from town (otherwise a 15 min scenic walk along a canal and the local football stadium) & they let us leave our luggage for a few hours after check out so we got in a second day of marvellous museums & churches showing brilliance from Palladio to Bellini (late check out also possible). We bought the half board package, so had a gourmet three course dinner at the leading restaurant on the ground floor & a cooked breakfast with delicious omelette & pastries by reception. The were various pools & hot tubs but didn’t have time to lounge!

I have it a higher than average rating due to the staff being very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent and gave very large portions of food. I tried the gnocchi with salmon and the grilled salmon with a side of grilled vegetables and both were very good. There were hot water issues and AC issues the first night but both were fixed by morning. The particular room we stayed in did have older stained carpet, so it appeared not clean. Parking was no issue for our rented car due to the parking lot being large.

Friendly staff, parking just outside, good location, good room size with terrass outside. Big plus for large breakfast buffet including juicer along with fresh fruit and vegetables. (Small bread selection but ok since there was other things to eat.)

Comfortable Vicenza Hotel

This hotel is a very good value in Vicenza. The location is good and a 30 minute walk to the center of town. There is a very good market and restaurant attached to the hotel. Everything is clean and includes a terrific breakfast. If you are a light sleeper, the train may wake you up, but it is something we got used to after 5 days. This hotel is a definite YES when in Vicenza. The train is 30 minutes to Verona and Padova, and 50 minutes to Venice.

l’odore di pesce e fogna in tutta la palazzina è allucinante, non so come abbiano fatto a dare 4 stelle a questo hotel. Siamo stati riprotetti in questo hotel da Expedia, eravamo prenotati al victoria in un appartamento con camera separata, soggiorno cucina, ed una vera piscina… e siamo finiti in questo posto in una camerina da ostello con matrimoniale e due letti singili per i bambini.

Vi valde hotellet för att det fanns pool. Den var dock stängd pga renovering. Det fanns tillgång till bubbelpool och sammantaget 5 solstolar och ett parasoll vilket inte var tillräckligt för oss som ville vistas där. Minus för läget som låg ca 20 min promenad från stadskärnan. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma och frukosten var ok

Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Det vägde upp vistelsen. Hotellets rum var äldre men helt okej. Vi hade en dubbelsäng och två enkelsängar till barnen. Dock hade de inte bäddmadrasser till enkelsängarna. De hade bäddat upp sängarna utan detta . Sov därför bedrövligt dåligt första natten. och gaveln på enkelsängarna utmot rummet satt stora beslag som om man tagit av en sida. När vi sa ifrån så kom de för att rätta till. Men de hade inga bäddmadrasser till enkelsängar så vi fick dem till att sätta ihop dem så de kunde lägga på en bäddmadrass över båda så barnen kunde sova gott. Annars var de bedrövliga att sova i som enkelsängar. Det var inte smutsigt, men det är lite dammigt. såna saker som att damma av sängkarmen och dammsuga ordentligt mitt under sängen hade behövts. I övrigt var det städat. ren och fräsch toalett, nya handdukar och bäddning varje dag. Poolerna är små , sporadiskt placerade. Husdjur var tydligen tillåtet på rummen. Vi hade otur och fick en rumsgranne som hade en liten pudel som smet över till vårt rum via balkongen. För att nå upp till fyra stjärnor enligt klassningen här så tycker jag det är för gammalt och slitet. Jag skulle klassa detta som två till max tre stjärnor. Det har alla bekvämligheter men skulle behöva en uppfräschning av rummen. Frukosten var god , med helt okej utbud. En dag fanns det ingen fruktyoghurt, vilket gjorde det besvärligt när vi hade barn med oss i sällskapet.
