"The room is clean and all staffs are courteous and professional. Room for improvement for housekeeping staff due to the following - did not refill soap bar, toilet paper, forks, plates inside the drawer of the round table in our room. Room should have been cleaned after the “do not disturb” sign is disabled."

"Great location, modern, clean and well maintained hotel. Sraff are exceptionally well trained, professional and friendly. Breakfast is very good and the roof top bar has lovely views, but get there early or reserve a spot as it gets very busy."

"Convenient and comfortable place to stay in Sydney. The rooms were relatively large and included comfortable seating and a kitchenette. The hotel seems to be run in an environmentally focused way, with water bottle refill options and other efforts to avoid single use plastics. We really appreciate that. The location is good, with easy access to public transit and many cafes and restaurants within walking distance."
