The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms need an upgrade- the fan didn't work, the toilet tank overflowed and the shower head sprayed the ceiling as it was leaking at a joint. We didn't spend much time in the hotel, but it was good.

Check was a breeze and they gave us a corner room with tons of light. Bed was very comfortable and the coffee machine worked great. Desk staff were very pleasant and helpful, we have stayed here several times and it never disappoints.

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The room was very clean. Staff were excellent to call upon for any need. They were skilled & friendly. We definitely recommend this location, was in the main area of harbour- we could walk to many tourist attractions along the harbour.
