close to the things to do and staff were helpful and friendly. took our bags early. the onsite restaurant and pub were nice as well. the kids in the pool under us were a tad noisy but it was daytime and we were not there a lot.

The website shows pictures of the hotel when it was new and this is misleading as the property itself is old. Bathrooms are very outdated and there was mildew in the bathroom around the tub. The hallways are outside and when u walk you can feel the plywood underneath is rotting. You also only get room service if you book it ahead of time, they do tell you this when you checkin. My room was three doors away from the lounge and was quite loud. Front desk staff were friendly.

Although the hotel is older, the rooms are clean and well appointed. The bathroom is renovated with lots of towels. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel with swimming pool, hit with the kids. Little older hotel that has been updated. Rooms were clean, staff were great, restaurants on site which was awesome. We did have an issue with our room but the staff made it right. Only downside is if you are not able to do stairs, you should request a main-floor unit directly with the hotel in advance if you want to avoid stairs or have heavy luggage. Restaurants are on the 2nd floor. But all in all I would stay here again.
