This was a great hotel option for those looking to save money. The room was simple, but clean. The bathroom had a full tub and the beds were comfortable. The add-on breakfast was very good and a cheaper option than most area cafes. It was nice to start the day with a large meal that lasted us until dinner time. The hotel is located two blocks away from the Mariahil Strasse shopping street, so there are tons of restaurants to chose from for dinner. It's also just two blocks to the nearest subway stop and then just two stops from the center of town. Super convenient for sightseeing. I would recommend this hotel to budget conscious tourists.

Great value! Really well located and easy to get anywhere in the city from the hotel. The bed was comfy and the AC worked really well to keep the room cool. My only complaint would be that the carpet in my room was pretty gross and stained all over.

The room was filthy: the carpet was covered in stains, and the soundproofing was awful—every noise from the street and corridor kept us awake. For a supposed four-star hotel charging such a high price, this is absolutely outrageous! The booking process was a nightmare. We reserved a room with two separate beds but got one with a single bed, with the staff claiming two beds were “not guaranteed.” They insisted the hotel was fully booked, but that felt like a blatant lie! At breakfast, half an hour before it ended, we were the only guests, and the parking lot had just a few cars. Seriously, that’s your “full occupancy”? The key cards worked only sporadically, forcing us to constantly trek to the reception. There, we faced long queues and staff so slow it seemed like their first day. Every question led to a 15-minute phone call, only to hear, “There’s nothing we can do.” Fifteen minutes for an excuse? That’s just mocking the guests! When we, exhausted, asked to cancel the second night, they coldly replied, “You can check out, but no refunds.” The breakfast was abysmal, with the bare minimum selection of food imaginable and worn-out chairs that looked like they belonged in a cheap diner, not a four-star hotel. Dirty rooms, terrible noise, unreliable key cards, lies about bookings, and indifferent staff made our stay unbearable. elaya hotel vienna city west is a waste of money and nerves. Vienna has plenty of better hotels that actually respect their guests.

It is a well located Hotel. Free coffee or tea the whole time in the lobby. Perfect hotel for a weekend stay in Vienna. Rather basic but fine and clean. AC in every room. Didn’t take breakfast in the hotel as I preferred rather enjoying the atmosphere of the fine Jelinek café.

The rooms are modern and very clean. However, service was almost non-existent. Staff constantly sitting in the courtyard smoking rather than assisting guests. Coffee station in the foyer out of order and judging from the sign, it has been non functional for a long time.

Huoneen avaimet eivät toimineet , koodattiin uudet avaimet ja nekään eivät toimineet. Jouduimme vaihtamaan huoneen toiseen ja respan työntekijä onnistui lopulta avainkortilla avaamaan tämän toiseen huoneen oven. Olimme toivoneet rauhallista huonetta ja nyt päädyimme kadun puolelle, kun ekaa huonetta ei saatu auki ollenkaan. Tapasimme käytävällä muita asiakkaita ja heillä myös avain ongelmia. Respan työntekijä ei edes pahoitellut vaan oli vain tympääntyneen oloinen. Huone sinänsä ihan ok, aamiainen myös. Aamiainen ei kovin runsas. Mielestäni kolmen tähden hotelli.

Der Safe im Zimmer ließ sich nicht öffnen. Habe dies kurz nach der Ankunft gemeldet. Der Techniker hatte schon Feierabend, sollte aber am nächsten Tag danach schauen. Dies ist aber nicht passiert. Ansonsten gutes Hotel, zentral gelegen, gut mit der U Bahn zu erreichen.

Super Lage (10 Min zu Fuß vom Westbahnhof, 5 Min zur Mariahilferstraße), sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer zweckmäßig und sauber, nur der Teppichboden hat einige Flecken. Frühstück passt. Insgesamt Preis/Leistungsverhältnis okay. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt gerne wieder!

La habitación era enorme, cómoda y limpia pero la alfombra de la habitación le hace falta limpieza o cambiarla. Hay un olor desagradable en el pasillo llegando al ascensor B. El servicio fue excelente, y el desayuno muy bueno y variado.

Leider war der Aufenthalt nicht wie gewünscht. Trotz mehrfacher vorheriger Anfrage war das Zimmer zur Strassenseite gelegen. Hier wird auch die tägliche Zimmerreinigung in den Bedingungen angegeben. Vor Ort steht dann es nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt wird. Bitte ändern Sie dieses auf Expedia. Entsprechend dreckig war der Teppichboden und auch starke Kalkflecken auf dem Badezimmerboden. Das Frühstück war leider auch viel schlechter als erwartet. Dunkler Frühstücksraum im Keller mit sehr abgegriffenen Kunstlederstühlen. Die Qualität war na ja. Obstteller der eigentlich schon drüber war usw. Für mich leider nicht ausreichend.

Dårlig morgenmad og nedslidt fælles områder.

De fleste fælles områder i hotellet fremstår nedslidte Morgenmaden var ud af mine sidste 50 rejser i Europa nok den dårligste. Der var kun et absolut minimum af tørre boller en smule pålæg, kaffe og juice. Æg og bacon var decideret utiltalende, og man havde prøvet med en automatisk pandekage maskine hvilket resulterede i opbagte pandekager. Efter en rengøring på mit værelse havde man glemt at lægge håndklæder. Mine gardiner på værelset var ved at falde ned og kunne ikke trækkes ordentligt for. Personale virkede søde og imødekommende men på grund af morgenmaden vil jeg helt sikkert ikke besøge dette hotel igen

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Hier und da müsste einiges erneuert werden. Vor allem das Schließ/offnung Mechanismus für die Key-card war ser fragil. Ich musste sogar Zimmer wechseln weil die Offnung nicht funktioniert hat. Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Sogar das Omlett war sehr schmackhaft. Und Preislich auch akzeptabel. Alles in Allem war alles in Ordnung.

Her şey mükemmeldi, erken geldiğimiz halde odamız hazırdı. Odalar temiz günlük temizlik yapılıyor. Lobi de sabah 07:00 ile 20:00 arası çay, kahve, sıcak çikolata ücretsiz şekilde alabiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltısı gayet güzel. Hotel mariahilferstrasse çarşı sokağına yürüme mesafesinde ve hemen yakınında markette var. Metro U3 durağına da yürüme mesafesi konumu harika. Biz çok beğendik ve memnun kaldık.

Hyvä sijainti ostoskadun vieressä, pääsi myös nopeasti metroon. Lämmitys ei ollut säädettävissä joten huoneessa oli melko lämmin mutta onneksi ikkunat sai auki niin pystyi tuulettamaan
