"We were on a cycling trip. Check in was easy and the staff very helpful in locking away our bikes in a secure location. The beds were very comfortable and showers hot! Breakfast was standard continental with plenty of food available. Located a little out of town centre and surprisingly quiet. The rooms are in need of some minor maintenance but comfortable."

"Lieu toujours agréable. Comme déjà précisé auparavant, il manque de la vaisselle, car le lave vaisselle ne sert à rien étant donné le peu de disponibilité en vaisselle. Un point qui n'est pas dramatique en soit non plus. Par contre, le point propreté est franchement à revoir. Nous étions habitué à mieux ici. Il faudrait aussi songer à faire l'encadrement des fenêtres et portes qui donnent sur l'extérieur car ça laisse à désirer...on n'a pas envie d'ouvrir je l'avoue... Sinon, c'est un...

"Je suis arrivée au gîte comme prévu, il ny avait personne. Un numéro de téléphone sur la porte du restauraut, j'ai appelé, l'homme n'était pas au courant de la réservation il avait pas consulté internet. La chambre était sale, les chats sauvages avaient dormis sir le lit. Des araignées au plafond, des toiles partout. " Nice spacicous rooms. One problem was the heat. No aircon. The outside temperature was particularly hot, 39°C. The room fan helped but other areas were extremely warm. Still like this hotel and will stay again in the future."

"Perfect for overnight stop en route South or North. Lovely lady (owner?) Rooms recently decorated and so so so clean...bathroom spotless. Restaurant on site...was able to sit outside. Formula evening menu which is great when you don't want to spend too mush. Great nights sleep and lovely breakfast, the lady owner constantly re freshing items on breakfast buffet, tidying and wiping the surfaces. Thank you for a great stay."

"Clean room but basic, in need of some modernisation. Breakfast was basic too, but served a purpose. Location in parthenay was good! And parthenay itself is a lovely place to stay. "
