"The staff is friendly. They accommodate and help with requirements to make stay at the island a pleasant stay. The hotel is simple but has everything you need to enjoy the trip. It is close to the Ferry (but it is located on the top of a small hill), which make it convenient for the departure. It takes around 25min to get from the hotel to the south part of the island (Esperanza) in a golf cart. Great location, great service, well equiped. "

The open-air style of the room was fantastic -- we stayed dry during rain and saw very few bugs. Carmen and her team are friendly and helpful. The pool is also beautiful! It was well worth the stay a few minutes outside of either town."
