The small apartment was born from the complete renovation of an old building, finished in 2023. The small house today looks like a finished studio apartment with all the accessories to spend a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The entrance is into the living area furnished with a single sofa bed and an open kitchen. A staircase of a few steps leads to the sleeping area, furnished with a double bed. There is a large full shower room, which makes the property a real treat.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The property is located in the Z.T.L. area from 15/05 to 30/09.
