The history of the hotel is fascinating. The rooms are large and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic. Only negatives are that the plumbing in our bathroom had an odd smell (room 44) which needs to be sorted and the cold tap handle fell off. When they cleaned our room, they changed the towels but not the bed sheets.I would definately stay here again, however. All in all a beautiful holiday with a romantic setting for my me and my partner.

We requested if possible to have early breakfast since we have to leave at 6 am to catch our Expat Explore Bus/Coach Tour. Sure enough breakfast was prepared for us in the lobby ..."
