"Just returned from lovely stay. Villa is well equipped and in a perfect location for access to the beach, bars, restaurants and local shop. Quiet and relaxing break. Rooms are a good size and air con/fans in bedrooms keep rooms cool at night. Wifi is also good. Communication with owner was great and he was extremely accommodating with our awkward flight times. Overall a great place for a relaxing holiday."

"Making contact is easy by mail and phone. We had a small problem with one of the bikes, a flat tire on the day of arrival. We made one phonecall and said it was nog in a hurry, but in the afternoon already the owner came to fix it. Very friendly in responding on mail and phone"

"Really good house with lots of space. Beautiful outside and big pool. Near Es Trenc and very private area. Only missing in info from website/owners is that the air conditioner is only on 21 o’clock to 6 in the morning and you need to pay extra. And only one fan in the house. Good to know if you are sensitive to heat waves!"

"Très vieille demeure typique de Majorque isolée sur un grand terrain doté de magnifiques orangers et citronniers. Tout confort, douche extérieure, un régal. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation car le ventilateur est un peu juste en ces fortes chaleurs du mois de juillet. Je mets seulement 4 étoiles car l’agence homerti aurait dû signaler aux agents d’entretien de tailler les hautes herbes du chemin d’arrivée et nettoyer les transats qui étaient très sales. "The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice.
