"I was there for 1 night for my birthday and stayed at a suite with hut tub. First the great things - spa area was amazing, room is warm and comfortable, views are great, aesthetics, staff. so good - the negative - the Hot Tub didnt work!!!! which is one of the reasons for paying more for the room - VERY disappointed as everything else so great - including the food (recommend half board) - such a frustrating end to the day with no working hot tub and no way to fix it before left...took the shine off a great stay"
