"Lo único que no nos gustó fueron las excursiones , creo que No estaban a la altura del hotel siento que el hotel todo perfecto y organizado , pero en las excursiones muchas cosas te dicen que no son , por ejemplo en la isla Saona el personal de masaje son similares a los vendedores de la India hasta que no te venden el Servicio no te dejan trankilo y se ponen bravos , la comida en la isla que va incluida en el pago de la excursión es malísima y no hay variedad y , en fin la isla muy bonita pero está muy sucia , para ser una reserva natural y en los buguis las motos están en mal estado y mucha descordinacion en el supuesto recorrido en fin si quieres disfrutar busca otras agencias con las que reservar tus excursiones o mejor te quedas en el hotel creo que la pasas mejor y no pierdes tanto tiempo y puedes disfrutar más tus vacaciones , el personal del hotel 10/10 amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar"

"Rooms could use a paint retouch, more water pressure in the bathrooms, snacks on the beach and a.c. and a small bar in the lobby. Miguel at the Merenguero went above and beyond to help. Gardi was kind, friendly and had great customer service at the bar by the beach. Adonis, Rommy and their lady teammate who spoke in Italian were all super fun to do the dance lessons with. Adonis also went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. I would definetely come back but would like to try the adults only hotel."

"Wasn’t as good as I’d hoped. But before the negative, the positive: it’s an absolutely GORGEOUS hotel half an hour from the airport! You get the beach, the views and a natural oasis in the middle of the city. The grounds are truly beautiful! It’s definitely magical place that has worked to preserve nature. The negative: Requested a non-smoking room, but managed to get a smoke filled room. Booked the standard junior suite with tub and called out the request for a tub - no tub. I feel like there was a lot more to take advantage of, but didn’t have any kind of intro. The room not being what I requested would have been fine, just would appreciate the mention as check in."
