"This property is the worst. As a platinum member i will not recommend. I had a group of 9 persons and they were racially profiled and the bathroom was overflowing with water. the rooms were stink. the management did not care about customers."

"Internet was spotty, cold shower for the first 3 days. Food was subpar, bad lighting in the bathroom. Don't upgrade to oceanview, or should I say palmtree view. Workers were awesome. Especially Willki in concierge, Maria in entertainment and Marco at thd pool bar were especially helpful and very good to my wife and I and our traveling companions."

"Wonderful beach. Staff were friendly. Food was good but often overcooked. Room was clean. Hotel website lacked information when we were booked (i.e. early check-in, room amenities, entertainment)and messages to hotel were not answered. Once there and logged on their site, it showed closed restaurants and didn't show room service menu. "
