"Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and modern. The hotel is about 10mins walk from the train station. It is manageable as there is no bus or taxi in the area. I would highly recommend this place. Small family hotel but very nice and very clean. "

"Nadia was a fantastic host! We unfortuantely had the worst weather of the month, but it was great to have a large room we didn't feel we wanted to leave. The Private Bathroom was huge, and the shower was AMAZING. As long as you have a car there are plenty of places to visit from here, 45min to Lugano (Switzerland), and its nice to drive around the lake through all the towns. Close to Menaggio, and the greenway walk. Easy to get a ferry to Bellagio, and other towns. The pool is lovely and easy access to the beach and lake, can walk up into the local town in 5min. Private parking. Breakfast was fabulous with a different suprise each day! "

"The house was beautiful and the views are stunning. However there were some issues as well. The WiFi didn’t work on our first night but it was corrected the next day. The drain for the bathtub was broken. They brought in people to fix this but it required multiple visits and we didn’t want to deal with the hassle and interruptions. I do not like to complain but I wish I could be compensated for the issues. "

"the Apartment is quite large with a downstairs that has two single beds and a double and its own bathroom , washing machine is down there. upstairs is a lounge , double bed bedroom , bathroom and access to the balcony, kitchen is in lounge area and has microwave , toaster , kettle , all the usuals . you will need a car for sure due to location but it does say that "

"All utilities and utensils to cook and make it a pleasant stay is excellent.It is an old house - you need many keys to get to through the du al doors into the room :-)Only urgent update must be the new pullout couch - it feels like sleeping on a crewel road-.Good intentions RegardsW"
