Easy walk to ferry terminal and all the dining options. One of the highlights of this hotel was the infinity roof top pool - we spent every afternoon taking in the view from this wonderful spot. "Wonderful family-run hotel in Tremezzina. It is a beautiful property with good sized clean rooms, a nice pool and a view that cannot be beat. The included breakfast is very good, as is the evening dinner service they offer. But waht really makes it a great place is the family that runs the hotel."
"Great lake view. Very helpful staff. Superb location near Villa Carlotta and the mid-lake pier. The food at the restaurant was excellent.The only down-side was that on checking out at 6 am we had to use the emergency exit."

"This hotel has a great location. You can walk to the ferry in two minutes and the train station in five. The staff was very friendly, especially reception desk, where Mateo and Julia were very helpful to us and answering our questions and coordinating things. Convenient and clean place to stay in the area is beautiful."

We unfortuantely had the worst weather of the month, but it was great to have a large room we didn't feel we wanted to leave. The Private Bathroom was huge, and the shower was AMAZING.
As long as you have a car there are plenty of places to visit from here, 45min to Lugano (Switzerland), and its nice to drive around the lake through all the towns.
Close to Menaggio, and the greenway walk. Easy to get a ferry to Bellagio, and other towns.
The pool is lovely and easy access to the beach and lake, can walk up into the local town in 5min. Private parking.
Breakfast was fabulous with a different suprise each day! "

"the Apartment is quite large with a downstairs that has two single beds and a double and its own bathroom , washing machine is down there. upstairs is a lounge , double bed bedroom , bathroom and access to the balcony, kitchen is in lounge area and has microwave , toaster , kettle , all the usuals . you will need a car for sure due to location but it does say that "

"Comfortable apartment and Raffaella is a delightful host. GPS failed us, so we had difficulty locating property. Raffaella had to talk us in by telephone. Also, views are spectacular because it is high on the hillside, but that also means there are many steep flights of stairs to get to unit. Many be very difficult for older folks or for those with medical issues. Raffaella helped with luggage ,thank goodness!"
