Le falta cariño en infraestructura que son cosas básicas. Lo positivo es que el staff es muy amable, la playa esta muy bien y la piscina y el parque de agua"

"Front desk Staff Professional and Courteous as they enjoy to work with Guests as an example Emily, Genesis, Jani and Patricia. In addition, the hotel facilities are Amazing as they provide excellent spot locations within pool and beach facilities for both Sunset and Sunrise views; Excellent for family pictures including Selfies; Spa services provided by Mari are spectacular especially the facial including vitamins; finally great Restaurant food options throughout the day along with warm service and reasonable prices. Fantastic amenities, incredible restaurants with a top quality dishes and a staff that will make you feel the most important person in the world. The entertainment crew was amazing everyday, with lots of recreation activities for all ages and at the end of each day a show to make you laugh and the a dancing experience until late night… this is just amazing"
