The holiday complex consists of a total of 3 which are houses on the same plot. There are 4 apartments available and from winter 2013/14 also a modern sauna and fitness facility. All apartments are new, modern and comfortable equipped. One of the apartments is built in an old barn which has been converted with costly conversion work to a quite beautiful apartments with many amenities.
The cottages are 2 minutes' walk from Silver Lake. The Silver Lake is one of the most beautiful Carinthian lakes. You have free access to this lake.
The ski Gerlitzen only about 10 minutes, where you will find a ski resort where you will feel as a beginner or as an experienced skier well.

Entspricht nicht der Beschreibung

Wir waren sehr angetan von der Anzeige. Bei Ankunft und nĂ€herem hinsehen war es doch ein Blender.Wir mussten feststellen, dass eine Seite der Jalousie Zur Terrasse nicht ging. Des Weiteren war der Messerblock (Messergriffe) offen unter drunter am rosten. Zierleisten in der KĂŒche fehlten oder waren kaputt am KĂŒchenschrank. Dunstabzugshaube war verdreckt. Obendrauf Staub und festes fit sowie die Gitter waren voll fett nachdem wir sie raus gemacht haben, haben wir obendrauf zwei kleine Tiere gefunden. Von vier Lampen gingen leider nur eine und die hatte einen Wackelkontakt. Die GeschirrspĂŒlmaschine machte auch nicht mehr richtig sauber und unter den HĂ€ngeschrĂ€nken befand sich auch Dreck. Im Wohnzimmer war der Tisch sehr wackelig und an einer Seite das Holz schon auf. In einem Schlafzimmer war der Lederstuhl SitzflĂ€che gerissen sowie in einem Badezimmer gar nicht vernĂŒnftig das Glas gereinigt da noch Spuren des VorgĂ€ngers vorhanden waren. Auf der Terrasse war das Möbel Jahr verdreckt und der Sonnenschirm vom Most und total zerrissen. Außenbeleuchtung ohne Funktion und lampenlose standen in alle Richtungen. Die Sauna sehr unhygienisch und ebenfalls nicht gereinigt vom VorgĂ€nger noch RĂŒckstĂ€nde vorhanden. Nachdem wir dieses bemĂ€ngelt hatten bei dem Vermieter hieß es er wĂŒrde uns eine kostenlose Stornierung anbieten. Wir könnten uns gerne was anderes suchen. Wir sind 1000 km angereist und dann findet man sowas. Es sind reichlich Bilder gemacht worden zum Beweis

Huisje was super maar het huisje ligt ergens in een dorpje bij Villach waar niks te doen is. Je hebt de auto overal voor nodig. Hond mag niet aan de Silbersee, maar er is een apart gedeelte voor honden waar hij wel aan het water mag. Als je van rust en luxe houdt is dit een geweldig huisje.

Geweldig verblijf

De locatie van het huis was wat ons betreft prima. Op 5 a 6 min lopen van het meer. In het huis veel luxe (een wasmachine, vaatwasser, nespresso, eigen badkamers) De meubels voor buiten waren iets minder maar dat werd direct opgepakt door de verhuurder. (Stoelen, parasol) Sowieso heel fijn what’s app contact gehad met de verhuurders.

Ein schönes Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern und drei BĂ€der. Wir waren zu sechs mit einem Hund. Es mĂŒsste einiges erneuert und repariert werden. Wir hatten trotz schlechtem Wetter einen schönen Urlaub.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen MÀngeln

Es ist ein schönes Haus, obwohl es fĂŒr uns nicht in allen Bereichen zur gehobenen Klasse gehört. Das ein oder andere ist schon etwas abgewohnt. Einige wirklich sichtbare MĂ€ngel hĂ€tten nicht sein mĂŒssen. Was uns aber wirklich sehr irritiert hat, ist dass das Haus fĂŒr bis zu 8 Personen angeboten wird und wir mit 7 Personen angemeldet waren, fehlte das 7. Bett sowie BettwĂ€sche Eine Person musste auf dem Ledersofa schlafen. UnverstĂ€ndlich war fĂŒr uns, dass der Vermieter nicht wusste, dass wir zu siebt waren. Geschirr und Besteck ist leider auch viel zu wenig. Schön wĂ€re es, wenn in dem Haus eine Mappe ausliegen wĂŒrde, in der Beschreibungen stehen wie z. B vom Umgang mit dem Fernseher etc und wo man die Sauna findet und wo es die FahrrĂ€der gibt, . Der Weg zum See ist auch etwas weiter als beschrieben. Schön ist der Garten, wobei es allerdings auch da nur Sitzgelegenheiten fĂŒr 6 Personen gibt.

Herrliche Ferien in Villach

Das Ferienhaus liegt im ruhigen Ortsteil St. Ulrich, was einerseits sehr schön ist, aber andererseits ist man ein bisserl am A.... der Welt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie sind fußlĂ€ufig nicht erreichbar, so dass man öfter als geplant seinen PKW nutzen muß. Der Silbersee ist wirklich wunderschön und nicht ĂŒberlaufen. Die angegebenen 2 Minuten Gehzeit sind mehr als sportlich - bepackt mit Badetasche und weiterem Krimskrams werden leicht 5 - 10 Minuten daraus um einen der beiden BadestrĂ€nde zu erreichen. Was uns sehr geĂ€rgert hat, ist das absolute Hundeverbot am See, was auf dem Buchungsportal nicht angegeben wird. Das war sehr enttĂ€uschend fĂŒr unsere beiden treuen Begleiter. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gerĂ€umig, hell und sauber. Hie und da gibt es aber kleine Abnutzungsspuren. Optimal ist, dass jedes Schlafzimmer sein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Die technische Ausstattung der KĂŒche perfekt, nur die Indirekte Beleuchtung unter dem HĂ€ngeschrank ist eine grauenhafte Bastelei. Da schĂŒttelt es den Elektriker. Die Sauna und den Fitnessraum haben wir nicht benutzt und auch nicht besichtigt. Terrasse und deren Möblierung ist super, von den Bewohnern der anderen Ferienwohnungen haben wir kaum etwas mitbekommen. Unser Fazit : dieses Objekt kann man klar empfehlen.

Schönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung

Das Mietobjekt war so wunderschön wie beschrieben und es hat an nichts gemangelt. Die Lage ist klasse und wir konnten von dort viele AusflĂŒge unternehmen. Pech hatten wir mit den Nachbarn, die Sauna und Fitnessraum genutzt haben und beides leider benutzt und verschmutzt zurĂŒck gelassen haben. Außerdem muss man es mögen, dass man auch den Garten gemeinsam nutzt.

Sehr schöner Winterurlaub

Insgesamt war das ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wirklich gut. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, was fĂŒr uns aber kein Problem war. Die Vermieter sind nett und unkompliziert. Einzig bei der Sauberkeit gĂ€be es noch etwas Luft nach oben.
