1. Terrible bathroom - ridiculous design and unsafe, plus the shower controls were awful. 2. No 110v power - the hotel provided a transformer which gave me an electric shock. 3. No elevator 4. The summing pool area was unusable as the floor was being replaced - ok I get that / but no notice given beforehand or discount offered 5. Dinner was very average at best This hotel is exclusive and expensive - it should have been better

"We had an amazing stay here, just far enough away from the tourist bustle of Buzios without feeling disconnected. The hotel staff really made our stay amazing, going above and beyond to help us with a small medical emergency. I cannot recommend this wonderful place enough."
