The inn was clean, the staff were incredibly helpful with a sheet of local restaurants and sites, it’s directly on the streetcar stop. The air conditioning in the room was cold. It made for a wonderful week in New Orleans. I’ll definitely book at the inn again!

The trip was an overall great experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and accessible. The hotel location is centrally located to everything a person would be inspired to see while visiting New Orleans. Overall, the property was modern with hints of history throughout the property, I’d for sure recommend this property.

"Valet Parking was fine. The web site says valet is $49.00 a night and we got charged $59 a night. Also there were no batteries in our safe and they told us they would bring us some and they never did. We were there three nights."
