Because we arrived before the 4 p.m. check-in, we decided to relax at the bar, where we met Vegas, the bartender. She was absolutely amazing—her cocktails were top-notch, and her personality sparkled. Vegas truly embodies what great customer service should be! While at the bar, we also met Joy—and her name says it all! She radiated positivity and made us feel completely at home. Every single staff member we encountered delivered luxury-level service that exceeded expectations and elevated our entire New Orleans getaway. From Karen, who helped me book the room, to AJ and Jonathan with their impeccable assistance, to Vegas and Joy who made us feel so welcomed and special—these five exceptional team members made our stay unforgettable. I absolutely loved my stay at Le Meridien and can’t wait to return.
