Bright apartment with pool and amazing view

Our apartment by Heart of Garda stands in a hillside area from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the lake Garda. It has been renovated and newly furnished. It has two bedrooms,
one bathroom, living-area with kitchen and sitting room, a large terrace on the front where you can dine outdoors enjoying a unique view and a private garden on the rear where you can sunbathe.
It is part of the Residence "Il Poggio al Sole" with a shared pool (this is open in June, July, August, September).

Our unit is on the first floor, with a large terrace on the front and a private garden on the rear. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs, the garden has two sunbeds and one sun umbrella.

RESIDENCE:
The Residence "Il Poggio al Sole" is composed of 8 separated buildings with 4 apartments in each (two above and two below).
Our apartment is on the first building: this means more privacy and quiet!

We rent also another apartment in the same residence (Casa Allegra).

POOL:
The swimming-pool is open from the 1st June till the end of September.
It is shared with the other guests/owners of the Residence.
It can be used every day from 8.00 to 13.30 and from 15.30 to 20.00.
It is mandatory to wear a hair cap.
Sun loungers are not allowed in the pool area.

AIR-CONDITIONING:
There is one air-conditioning in the living area. Leaving the doors of the bedrooms open, this quickly cools well the entire apartment.

CAR PARK: a private parking (uncovered) slot on the street is available and also one private garage.

POSITION:
The complex stands in a elegant residential zone on the hills above Salò reachable via a winding but easy road. Salò is 7 km far.
The nearest supermarket is 4 km far, while the nearest restaurant 2 km. Car is necessary.
