A convenient and cosy stopover
The hotel is very conveniently placed for an overnight en-route from the south to the ferry ports. We found it to be spacious, well heated (in the cold weather at the time) and very comfortable.Two points that might improve the experience for customers: 1 Better signage to make the hotel easier to find 2 Removal of the reference to a bar in the hotel's description(s) ... I found no bar as such, although there were tables and a cold cabinet containing various drinks that could be purchased.

Great stay at Rural hotel
Beautifully restored Casa in small village outside Villarcayo. Large room with great view, high end toiletries and linen. Welcoming host, family and Bernese Mountain Dog puppy. Excellent breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice. Great spot for cycling and exploring the area.

This is a great place. Don't pass this one up.
This bed and breakfast was amazing. The owners were very nice and made our stay very pleasant. The hotel is beautifully renovated. We were in Spain for two weeks and stayed in several hotels but this one was the best.

La situación es estupenda para ver la zona de las Merindades y la atención del personal inmejorable. Todo nuevo y muy limpio. El café buenísimo y lo que también nos gustó es que pudimos usar la cocina para prepararnos una cena. Si vamos de nuevo por la zona, seguro que repetiremos

Le sobran 2 estrellas. Camas cómodas, estancias espaciosas. Baños correctos. Pero la decoración es deficiente. Le faltan muchos servicios, como climatización.Nevera en la habitación. Opacidad en las ventanasMamparas en la ducha, en lugar de cortinas.Teléfono de comunicación con recepción. Acceso para minusválidos. La sensación de confort es muy dévil. Hay malos olores, a tabaco, etc...Necesitan un reciblaje para profesionalizar el negocio. Por ejemplo, hay almohadas extras, pero sin fundas. El desayuno muy malo. Café imbebible.

Las ha calificado el inspector de Turismo Rural de Castilla y León. Ah. Débil se escribe con b. Su nivel de exigencia, no se ve reflejado en este tipo de Hoteles. La próxima vez seleccione uno de otro tipo más acorde. Gracias por su intención, pero no pienso tener en cuenta ninguna de sus sugerencias. Puede usted ver puntuaciones de nuestro Hotel en otras páginas y sacar sus propias conclusiones.
