Good location with lots of restaurants and retail shops including an Aldi next door, clean room and Hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Wifi times out sometimes but picks back up quickly. Breakfast was good and other options available. Very handy having 2 restaurants areas in the hotel and the dinner was very delicious.

Perfect for Us

One night stop with my adult son in a twin room. It was perfect for us. Loads of parking, which is important, staff very helpful and enough of them on duty, which is rare these days.

This was a good value hotel with a good bar and breakfast. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfy.Staff very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of parking. We didnt eat here as chef was off but plenty of dining options in locality . This was my second visit. The only downside was the noise from the traffic . Will stay here again as its handy to visit

Served its purpose

Windowsills and radiator cover were very dusty as was the skirting board behind the bed. Bed pushed to one side so no bedside cabinet on that side and very tight to get into the bed. Would have mentioned to reception on check out but there wasn’t anybody there to tell, just had to leave the card at the desk! £50 deposit on check in I was aware of but be aware you need your physical card to pay this. Food from the bar menu was good quality, although the lasagne portion could have been larger!

The room, facilities and breakfast are all perfectly fine for the price. Would strongly recommend checking if they're holding an event on the night you're staying though as the DJ can play loud music until past midnight

Nice Hotel.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was very good. Had a bar meal which was very good and a good size. Room a touch small, but did the job. Bathroom a little bit lived in. Reception staff excellent and very informative. Overall a good stay and in a good position for our visits around the area.

It wasn’t too bad. The room was a little outdated. There was no outlets by the bed. The bed was older and not super comfortable. There was no air conditioning and no mini fridge. The bathroom was clean. Other than that it was a good stay.
