  • Located in Campulongu, Sardinia, this 70 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests. It features 1 bedroom with a double bed and a living room with 2 sofa beds, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Enjoy air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, heating, a private fan, washing machine, and TV. For families, a baby cot, high chair, shared toys, and books for children are available.



    Relax outdoors in the private garden with sea and mountain views, on the covered private terrace, the open terrace, or use the private barbecue. An outdoor shower is also available. The shared outdoor pool is open from mid-June to mid-September.



    A shared on-site parking space is provided. The property is close to public transport and just 150 meters from the sea. One pet is allowed; events are not permitted. Beach towels are included.



    The house was renovated in 2024 and has several levels with steps to access the home and different areas. Nearby, you’ll find amenities such as sunbed and umbrella rental at some beaches, marina, boat, car and scooter rental, excursions in the Marine Protected Area, diving, golf club, and horse riding.
