"The kitchen, bathroom and all fixtures of the apoartment are good. The apartment is let down by a number of minor- easy to recify- items.There is no dining table and chairs- you have to eat at breakfast bar with high stools. There are no bedside tables for lamps etc. There is no coffee table,The apartment would be revolutionised if the owners spect Euro 600 on furniture.I would still recommend the apartment, Great location with a great view."

"I stayed with two friends here for a long weekend of cycling in the surrounding alpine countryside. Property was easy to find/access, and just as described, which was perfect for our stay. It was spotlessly clean. The communications with the owner were first class, and they were incredibly helpful in letting us check-in early and check-out late so that we could squeeze in additional rides on our first and last day. "We had a very pleasant stay at L’Impérial Palace Annecy. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and overall we really enjoyed our time there. We were touched by the room upgrade and the thoughtful welcome of a bottle of champagne and a cake prepared for us. It was a lovely gesture. The only downside was the leisure facilities. The gym is quite small, and the swimming pool is also a little limited in size, which can make it feel crowded at busy times. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel and we would happily return."

"This property is very clean and modern. The rooms are small but has everything you need and very clean! We had breakfast at the hotel one morning, it was okay, but the other mornings we went across the street and got drinks and food for both of us for the same price as one breakfast at the hotel. There is coffee offered between 1pm and 9pm, it would be better if it was offered to guests in the morning as well. The location is fantastic, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area, the room was very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Annecy!"
