There was a wedding one of the nights we stayed there, on the 4th floor, for 400 people and it didn’t start until 11pm. The front counter smiled and said there will be noise. So I made a hotel change for that night and the following two nights. The hotels.com team said it was the hotels policy that would not let us be refunded, even for the night that was 3 nights out. The hotel wouldn’t budge, even though there was going to a loud wedding that would keep us up all night.

Nice that property was near airport. Didn't like that internet could not keep connection, arguement over breakfast because voucher was hidden in newspaper on door, cost 310 rupees when breakfast paid and included, Most of time the staff English, although kindly willing, was not understandable. Most of my questions not understood just like breakfast thing. Air conditioner hard to operate. TV took most one day with nothing, only evening of second day able to change channels.

All in all, a nice stay
I spent a couple of nights at the Best Western and, overall, it was pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower worked well (though it took quite a while for the water to get hot). My only issue was with the service. Specifically, if they knew i was going to be there for two days, why did they only set my card key to be active for one day? This caused a bit of a problem on day 2, as i had to get to a meeting, but couldnt get into my room to get things I needed. And it isnt as if this was a simple correction. For some reason, it took several trips to reception because the new keys wouldnt work, either. It seems that this would be easily resolved by activating the key card appropriately upon check-in.

Hotel is packed in a buzzing market, no vegetation around. I stayed in Room no 101 on 2 Nd October night. Bath/shower area is really bad, no place to move your hands. No taps at shower place. Bath room should be spacious.

We use to come every year and stay here because is close to our friends. Nice area, comfortable ,however, you cannot find Diet Coke or any diet soda. The food looks good but it’s very spice and I stick with omelet, a slice of bread and chicken broth soup with rice. The menu this year came with a lot of choices and I’m trying to find out non spice and tasteful meal. My husband loves the food and for those spice lovers is a feast!

Very Average - significant scope for improvement
Staff are friendly, but rather unattentive to specific requests. Requested plug-in mosquito repellent, but that was never provided. Requested laundry folded - came on a hanger. Requested laundry on hanger - came folded. Internet is diabolical. Food is ok, but service is slow. Air-con is not very effective, but there are ceiling fans.

Pleasant hotel in a bustling city street
Best Western Ramachandra offers a warm greeting with refreshing towels and welcome drinks. The rooms are clean and comfortable and adequately fitted with wardrobes and washroom facilities. Mr. Anand in particular goes all the way to ensure the guests are at ease and well settled in.

Pleasant hotel on a busy Vizag street
Nice hotel with friendly welcoming staff; check in and check out are quick and efficient. Customer services Ms Chandra ensures guests are comfortable and feel at home! Rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of Indian foods, dips and sauces, fruits and drinks.

A nice cozy hotel with great service..
It's a nice cozy hotel. The hotel staff were courteous and ever ready for help. Room service was very prompt. The breakfast spread was limited but was fine for a short stop over stay. The hotel is in a crowded market area so need to plan out travel time if visiting other places e.g. RK beach or shopping destinations. Overall a good hotel for short stays and I recommend this to single as well as family trips.

I must say all the staffs of the hotels r wonderful. They r nice . Specially girls in front desk... I found them as my neighbor girl.. as if they know me from decades...although they all are below the age of 20-25 !!! Great. But.... the location is horrible! It is far away from the city....

A home away from home.
I went there with the idea of spending six days. My stay was extended by another three days due to unavoidable circumstances. I stayed there with out any hesitation. Hotel staff is very warm and friendly. The place is very clean and commendable in a location like Gajuwaka.

Very Clean and Helpful staff
The staff were amazing. They catered to our every whim. I even had an IT guy come up to my room to help get me connected to the Internet when I was having troubles. The food was great (if you are looking for authentic Indian food). Lots of local shops and a shopping mall close by. The only downside is the water temp in the shower fluctuates unless you turn down the flow a bit then it stabilizes.
