I spent a couple of nights at the Best Western and, overall, it was pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower worked well (though it took quite a while for the water to get hot).
My only issue was with the service. Specifically, if they knew i was going to be there for two days, why did they only set my card key to be active for one day? This caused a bit of a problem on day 2, as i had to get to a meeting, but couldnt get into my room to get things I needed. And it isnt as if this was a simple correction. For some reason, it took several trips to reception because the new keys wouldnt work, either. It seems that this would be easily resolved by activating the key card appropriately upon check-in.
