The rooms are spacious, pristine, and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day. You can really tell that the staff takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The concierge and front desk personnel were not only professional but genuinely courteous and attentive. They made sure that all my needs were taken care of promptly, which truly enhanced my experience. A special mention to the event staff—Apple Garcia deserves recognition for her outstanding service and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to ensure that our event went smoothly. And I cannot forget Alexander from Feria. His dedication to delivering top-notch service was truly remarkable. He made every dining experience at the restaurant memorable, always going the extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of. "A beautiful stay. We had flights canceled and had to find accommodation, we were so happy to have stayed here the staff made everything so easy and relaxing for us. Melch, Hennessy, and Bj in particular, nothing was a problem. The managers were checking in throughout our stay to make sure all was ok. The facilities are great, it’s clean and the food is very good definitely do the breakfast here. "

"What a wonderful experience. From the check-in through out our stay we were treated with gold gloves. We were originally booked for a short 2 night stay but decided to stay another night. The property and room is pristine with modern amenities and bathroom fixtures. Overall our experience was great and we would definitely return. A 5 star rating all around. "
