"Locsation not bad other than road to the locsaiton is a massivly messed up dirt road with a lot of patching needing to happen. so getting in a an out is very complicated if you rent a scooter. large rock in road and holes with pile of dirt to patch holes just sitting right on side and to close to wher eypou need to drive. "

Plantation Bay a Real Resort with a Real Spa

"The room was clean, spacious yet missing hair conditioner. The spa was helpful when asked questions however information was not always accurate. Please know if you want to do laundry it can take two to three days to be ready. Limited drinks at different times and restaurants. Went to the spa, they just show me where need to change and shower, however nobody showed me where was the sandals after changing, needs more clarity on where to wait while is your turn, massage was ok but felt cheap, in some point after body scrub and showered I was trying to let the massage therapist that I was ready but nobody answered for a couple of minutes to the point I had to stepped out of the room but she was not there at all and showed up later. Once finished the massage I was so disoriented and nobody was outside showing the way and saying thank you (I was going to tip her for her services but nobody was there), definitely room to improve. Family friendly definitely. Overall a good place to stay."

"Staff are fabulous. So helpful and happy. Loved our many interactions. Breakfast was a must do. Spectacular buffet with plenty of variety which changed daily. We also had dinner @ 2 of the Henann restaurants. Both were wonderful We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend this resort to all and everyone."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bai Hotel Cebu Perfect spot whether you need a stopover for one night or a longer stay in Cebu. The rooms are a good size and the location is excellent — walkable distance to Parkmall for shopping and dining. The staff here are amazing, treating every guest like a VIP from check-in to check-out. The highlight for me was the infinity pool deck on the 21st floor — breathtaking views of the city where you can enjoy a meal or a drink while soaking it all in. Very affordable rates too, honestly great bang for your buck. Definitely recommend Bai Hotel Cebu for anyone visiting the area! 🏊‍♂️🌆🇵🇭 Français: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bai Hotel Cebu Un spot parfait, que ce soit pour un stopover d'une nuit ou un séjour plus long à Cebu. Les chambres sont d'une bonne grandeur pis l'emplacement est excellent — à distance de marche du Parkmall pour magasiner pis manger. Le personnel est incroyable, ils traitent chaque client comme un VIP du check-in au check-out. Le highlight pour moi était le rooftop avec piscine à débordement au 21e étage — une vue à couper le souffle sur la ville où tu peux prendre un repas ou un drink en admirant le paysage. Les tarifs sont vraiment abordables en plus, ça vaut vraiment la peine. Je recommande fortement le Bai Hotel Cebu pour ceux qui visitent la région! 🏊‍♂️🌆🇵🇭"

"We had a wonderful stay at Nustar Hotel! The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and smells fresh the moment you walk in. It's also very convenient, with a food court, a pharmacy, and a 24-hour convenience store all located inside the hotel. Everything you need is just a few steps away. Definitely a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay!"
