"Property clean but hot water doent work well gets lookewarm the pool was dirty just good for i quick stay breakfast was not good room is spacious bathroom specious has microwave iron and television."

"A new hotel, a pleasant atmosphere, a wonderful room, and very attentive and proactive staff."

"This property was once a gem, but it has been run down. Very disappointed to find out the pool had been closed and we were never allowed near it. The chairs around the pool were ripped and rotting, a lock on the gate indicated it had been closed for a while, despite there being water in it. Being further from the airport than expected, also threw us for a loop, as a taxi cost way too much. No airport or port shuttles either."

"Staff was less than helpful"

"Room was not ready 2 hrs after check in time. They had to move our room because they didn't know when our room would be ready. A/C wouldn't go below 72*. Room smelled musty. The whole facility was muggy inside. The bed as hard as a rock. Doors wouldn't soft close and always slammed. Maintenance doesn't seem to be a high priority for the management here"
