"The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They went out of their way to arrange our airport pickup and drop-off services, making our stay very convenient and stress-free. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and comfortable, with beautiful ocean views. Breakfast was delicious, and we especially appreciated that they prepared an early breakfast for us before we left for the airport. Their thoughtful service and attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!"

"Our overall experience at this beautiful hotel was enjoyable. The hotel's atmosphere is a whole vibe, and the hospitality was 8/10. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming and team responded quickly and effectively when challenges aroused. One area that could use improvement is the cleanliness and freshness of the bed linens. The sheets did not feel as clean nor fresh as expected, and experienced skin irritation had to sleep in our clothes on a couple of occasions. More frequent washing and changing of the linens would greatly improve the guest comfortable. Despite this concern, the hotel is beautiful and the staff's hospitality and responsiveness made a positive impression. With a little more attention to linen cleanliness."
