Simply amazing

We had a great time, the hosts, the location, the villa, the pool and everything were simply amazing. The hosts are really hospitable and delivered great service. Everything was well thought of and taken care of. We truely enjoyed our stay.

Great house for a family holiday and lovely hosts

We had a wonderful two week holiday at this superb house in the Istrian countryside. It is ideal for a large family group and has all the facilities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. It was spotlessly clean and modern. There is a lovely swimming pool if you want to spend the day relaxing at the house and a large patio area with barbecue to eat by in the evening. But it is also a great base to explore the region. The pretty fishing village of Fazana with its many restaurants is only ten minutes away by car. Porec, Rivinj and Pula are all within easy reach. Hosts Sandra and Franko are so friendly, easy to contact and will look after any small issues that may arise during your stay. Go and stay at their fabulous house. You won’t regret it. Gerne wieder!

Ein super Ferienhaus, mit allem was man braucht, in einer eigentlich ruhigen Umgebung, außer der Nachbarshund der Nachts ständig bellt, aber dafür können ja die Vermieter nix. Der Pool ist schön groß, sauber und herrlich wenn er beheizt ist. Wir kommen in ein paar Jahren auf alle Fälle wieder!

Great time in a beautiful Villa

We had a wonderful time in this villa. The division into 2 apartments was ideal for 6 adults and 4 children, as was the outdoor area with its spacious dining area where everyone could be seated, as well as the Pool area. Everything is there for a carefree vacation. Also a big thank you to the hostess Sandra, she was always available and Franko was quick to help with any problems or questions! There are only a few kilometers to 2 larger supermarkets and the sea is not far either, but a car is absolutely necessary. All in all, a great time that we really enjoyed!

Entspannte Tage

Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für entspannte Urlaubstage braucht. Es liegt sehr ruhig und man ist aufs Auto angewiesen, aber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Städte, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strand/Meer sind auch nur kurze Autofahrten entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz für zsei Familien. Die Küche hat genügend Equipment zum Kochen, inklusive Geschirrspülmittel und Geschirrtücher. Der Ausenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt. Hinter dem Haus ist ein riesiger Garten, wo sich Kinder austoben können. Wir hatten den Pool beheizt, sodass die Kinder kaum raus gehen wollten. Einzig ein zweiter kleiner Sonnenschirm am Pool wäre noch schön gewesen, der große Schirm, der dort steht ist zu groß um ihn mit der Sonne mitzubewegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett und für Fragen oder Probleme jederzeit zu erreichen. Ceck in und Check out war sehr herzlich, es wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und kommen auch sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr mordern und gepflegt ! Die Aufteilung mit den zwei Wohnungen war für unsere große Familie perfekt! Auch die Hunde hatten genügend Auslauf und der angrenzende Wald ist super für Spaziergänge. Pool und Gartenanlage, sowie Außenküche auch super praktisch und im guten Zustand

Tolles Ferienhaus mit 2 getrennten, voll ausgestatteten Wohneinheiten, beheiztem Pool und Outdoorküche. Der vorhandene Kinderspielplatz ist ideal für Kinder. Das eingezäunte Grundstück mit Hundedusche macht dieses Ferienhaus auch für Fellnasen ideal. Besonders hat uns die Herzlich- und Freundlichkeit der Vermieter gefallen.

Wunderbar

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar, bis auf den nachts kläffenden Hund, für den die Vermieter jedoch nichts können. Der Pool ist großartig, der Garten für Kinder toll und Sandra und Franko sind klasse Gastgeber. Und nochmal vielen Dank für die Geburtstag überraschung!

Top Location, super Gastgeber

Wir waren 1 Woche vor Ort. Sandra und Franco sind super Gastgeber, sehr sympathisch und immer hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen zu tollen Ausflugszielen (Strände o.Ä.) gab es sofort Tipps. Nächster Ort Vodnjan ist ca. 3 min mit Auto entfernt. Nächster Supermarkt (Konzum, Plodine) nur 5 min entfernt. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Perfekt für Familienurlaub

Franco und Sandra waren super nette Gastgeber. Wir ließen den Pool beheizen, was eine super Entscheidung war. Es war in der Unterkunft alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Spielplatz und der Garten sind das reinste Paradies für Kinder! Was wir vorher bereits wussten, und dadurch kein Problem war: die Unterkunft ist wirklich etwas abgelegen, weswegen wir häufig mit Fahrrad oder Auto unterwegs waren.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Franco und Sandra sind super Gastgeber. Haben uns herzlich begrüßt und hatten sogar für unsere Kids eine Kleinigkeit bereitgestellt. Beide Wohnungen sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Für Vierbeiner gibt es sogar eine Außendusche, welche gleich mit Hundeshampoo und Handtücher ausgestattet ist. Kam bei unseren Vierbeinern nach dem Strand gut an. Unterm Strich hatten wir einen prima Urlaub und werden gerne wiederkommen. An sich hätte ich nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten die evtl. verbessert werden könnten: - Kaffeemaschine oben sollte ausgetauscht werden - Waschmaschine unten schleudert nicht mehr richtig - Pfannen sollten erneuert werden - Duschen könnten am Rand sauberer sein

Top Ferienhaus!

Ein super schöner Urlaub. Wir waren mit mehreren Familien da und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Großes Haus mit einem Pool. Spielplatz und viel Platz zum toben, Perfekt für die Kinder. Mehrere Stellplätze für die Autos auf dem Hof. Da das Haus ein bisschen außerhalb gelegen ist, wäre ein Auto vom Vorteil. Auch ein Lob an Sandra und Franco, sehr nett und sofort zu Stelle, wenn irgendwelche Fragen waren. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wahnsinns Anwesen mit viel Platz.

Die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig nett und entgegenkommend. Wenn es "Probleme" gab, wurden diese direkt behoben . Das Haus ist ein Traum . Wir waren zu 8 dort und es hat perfekt gepasst . Ein MUSS ist ein Auto , sonst hat man da wirklich ein Problem , da es schon sehr weit draußen ist . Der nächste Stand ist ca. 17min entfernt. Sehr Empfehlenswert ist Fazana und Hawaii Beach . Das Haus ist super gut ausgestattet. Die Spülmaschine unten war kaputt und Franco brachte ins gleich am nächsten Tag eine neue . Alles sehr Urlaubs orientiert. Oben die Wohnung hat mehr Privatsphäre und ist was größer. Bäder sind genügend da und der Pool ist ein Traum . Das einzige was und Wahnsinnig gemacht hat waren die Aber tausenden Wespen und Fliegen . Von den Mücken rede ich erst garnicht. Und die Hähne li. Und Re. Sind auch für Lang-Ausschläfer eine Sünde . Sonst alles Tip Top . Danke euch und alles Gute

geniales ferienhaus wo es an nichts fehlt

Franco und Sandra sind die herzlichsten Gastgeber die wir je erlebt haben. Sie haben uns so lieb empfangen, es war wasser, saft, bier bereits kalt gestellt u sogar ein frischer fisch für den grill. das haus ist top, es war sauber,es war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und noch mehr. auch für die kinder stand spielzeug bereit. der pool war mega, haben ihn beheizen lassen und auch da war franco sofort zur stelle. auch sonst war die kommunikation einwandfrei!!! die lage ist etwas schwierig, es ist zwar total ruhig aber man muss für alles das auto benutzen. aber wenn man ohne meer auskommt, absolut top da neben dem pool auch noch ein riesen garten mit spielgeräten vorhanden war. und die kinder durften von gemüsebeeten und obstbäumen etwas ernten was ihnen mega gefallen hat. alles in allem kann man hier vor allem mit der familie eine tolle zeit verbringen. wir würden die unterkunft auf jeden fall weiter empfehlen und sie jederzeit wieder buchen.
