Luxury Villa San Lorenzo is a wonderful holiday home nestled in a 3000 m2 garden offering a perfect retreat for peace, rest and relaxation.
Modern architecture has managed to combine with the traditional Istrian style giving the house a unique character and charm.
The interior is spacious, tastefully decorated and decorated. Each room has its own bathroom, there is also an indoor fireplace, LCD TV, Jacuzzi and more.
After exploring the wonderful nearby beaches with crystal clear water, you should enjoy excellent Istrian dishes such as truffles, top quality fish, home-made pasta in combination with world-famous Istrian olive oil and excellent wines.

Villa San Lorenzo is a luxurious and comfortable accommodation for 10 people
It has 4 comfortable and well furnished bedrooms (1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor), each room has its own bathroom and a central air conditioning / heating plan.
The spacious living room with the romantic indoor fireplace and a large LCD TV on the stone wall is adjacent to an excellent and well-equipped kitchen / dining area.

A large glass sliding door leads to a fabulous outdoor dining area under a covered terrace. The terrace overlooks the large private pool of 40 m2 which is located in the middle of the large private garden of 3000 m2 of the villa with many olive trees.
Another covered terrace with built-in barbecue offers the ideal place to relax and eat "al fresco".

The house was even better than the pictures! We were three families (6 adults and 5 children) that had plenty of space to swim, play, cook and enjoy Istria for a week. The children loved the pool and we could all easily sit outside for both breakfast and dinner. The outdoor barbeque was also appreciated. The closest beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. A small bakery and store is available in a few hundred meters. We had three parking places next to the house and could very easy get around to Fazana, Pula and Rovinj. The landlord Lorenzo was very friendly and answered our questions within a few hours. We very much recommend this house and Istria!

GrundsÀtzlich ist es ein wirklich tolles Objekt, liegt in einer eher ruhigeren Gegend, aber Pula ist nur 10 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Der Pool ist groß und wird wöchentlich 2x von Lorenzo gereinigt. Die Zimmer sind gut und zweckmÀßig eingerichtet. Es gibt keinen Whirlpool, sondern in einem der BÀder nur eine Whirlwanne, welche jetzt zwar nett ist, aber man darf davon nicht zuviel erwarten. Der Billardtisch kann eigentlich nicht genutzt werden, weil er total schief ist, wir haben versucht die Beine einzustellen, aber so wirklich hat das nicht geklappt. Der Kicker ist auch nicht mehr so ganz funktional, StÀbe sind teilweise krumm.GrundsÀtzlich hat es uns sehr gefallen, aber fÃŒr den Preis wÀre es schön, wenn auch wirklich alles einwandfrei funktionieren wÃŒrde.Der Vermieter ist super nett und wohnt auch gleich um die Ecke.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 12 Jungs und haben das Haus beim Durchsuchen von Booking zufÀllig gefunden. FÃŒr unsere Interessen (Fußball, sportliche AktivitÀten im Garten etc) war das Haus perfekt, wir konnten billiard spielen, Fußballtennis, Tischkicker oder einfach im Pool baden. FÃŒr unser mitgebrachtes Spikeball war im Garten auch mehr als genug Platz. Dass wir durch die Größe der Gruppe nicht die leisesten sind, war ÃŒberhaupt kein Problem, weil sich das Haus am Rand von Peroj befindet und in Richtung Landschaft schaut. Mit dem Auto konnten wir locker Pula, Rovini oder die Klippen zum springen im SÃŒden erreichen. Auch die KÃŒche war absolut ausreichend ausgestattet fÃŒr 12 Personen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub und wÃŒrden das Haus definitiv wieder auswÀhlen!

Ganz toller Ort - die Sicht auf viel Natur und der grosszÌgige Platz mit Umschwung in Fussdistanz zum Meer ist unschlagbar! Lorenzo ist super freundlich und kÌmmert sich um die Anliegen der GÀste und antwortet immer sehr schnell. Der Pool ist ein Traum und wurde gegen einen Aufpreis bereits angenehm vorgeheizt. Einzige MÀngel: Leider ist der TschÌttelikasten kaputt und unspielbar, der Billiardtisch auch in miserablem Zustand. Bei einzelnen Duschen mÌsste dringend der Schlauch und die Brause ersetzt werden und der Whirlpool ist enttÀuschend. Gesamthaft hat sich der Aufenthalt dennoch sehr gelohnt und ist empfehlenswert.

Perfekter Urlaub im Traumhaus mit Pool und tollem Gastgeber!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus! Das Haus ist nicht nur sehr schön und gemÃŒtlich eingerichtet, sondern besticht auch durch seinen großen, weitlÀufigen und komplett eingezÀunten Garten. FÃŒr Familien mit Kindern oder Haustieren einfach ideal, denn man hat jede Menge Platz zum Entspannen und Spielen – und alles ist sicher eingezÀunt. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight, sauber, gepflegt und perfekt fÃŒr eine AbkÃŒhlung an heißen Tagen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt Lorenzo, dem Hausbesitzer. Er war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit fÃŒr uns erreichbar. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und mit wertvollen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Lorenzo sorgte dafÃŒr, dass es uns an nichts fehlte, ohne dabei jemals aufdringlich zu sein – einfach der perfekte Gastgeber! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses Haus jedem empfehlen, der einen entspannten Urlaub in einer traumhaften Umgebung verbringen möchte. Es war ein Traum !!!

Als aller erstes... Vielen Dank Lorenzo !!! Es war alles absolut Perfekt ! Angefangen bei der Buchung, Ìber die Kommunikation mit Lorenzo, die Lage der Villa...Zustand der Villa, des Pools und des GrundstÌcks.. Alles wie beschrieben. Der Pool war ein Traum. Lorenzo war jeden Morgen gegen 5 Uhr da und hat den Pool gereinigt. An einem Tag war es sehr windig, hier kam er sogar tagsÌber nochmal. Fragen zur Umgebung, Restaurants, nach Tipps fÌr weniger besuchte StrÀnde hat er jederzeit beantwortet und war immer erreichbar fÌr uns. Unseren Tesla konnten wir problemlos mit meinem Juice Booster laden.. Hier sollte man allerdings das 5m VerlÀngerungskabel von Juice Booster haben, da die Steckdose etwa 8m vom Stellplatz entfernt ist.. Dies hatte Lorenzo mir auch im Vorfeld mitgeteilt.. Eine portable Ladelösung sollte man allerdings auf jeden Fall mitnehmen, da es auf Grund der vielen Verbraucher im Haus (Klimaanlage in jedem Raum, Poolheizung, Waschmaschine, SpÌlmaschine, etc.) mit dem normalen Ladekabel fÌr Schuko dazu kommen kann, dass stÀndig die Sicherung rausfliegt... Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht... Das komplette GrundstÌck ist absolut Ausbruchssicher eingezÀunt.. Unser kleiner Zwergpinscher, sowie der kleine Mischling meiner Schwiegereltern hatten keine Chance aus dem GrundstÌck auszubÌchsen.. Dazu bestand aber auch kein Grund, denn man konnte sehen, dass auch die Hunde den vielen Platz sehr genossen haben.. Alles in allem ein Top Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder !

Unser Urlaub war in Ihrer Villa wunderschön! Hat alles super geklappt! Eine kleine Anmerkung fÃŒr die KÃŒche: die Kaffeemaschine ist sehr verkalkt, dauert ewig bis der Kaffee durch gelaufen ist! Es fehlen ein paar Dinge z.B. KartoffelschÀler, Flaschenöffner, Korkenzieher Leider waren in der KÃŒche viele Ameisen! Ansonsten war alles sehr gut und schön! Vielen Dank Gerne kommen wir mal wieder! Erholsamer Urlaub zum WohlfÃŒhlen

Die Villa war genau wie vorgestellt. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir waren eigentlich nur draußen und der Garten ist wirklich ruhig gelegen und der Pool war perfekt. Immer sauber, schönes Wasser und fÃŒr die heißen Tage genau richtig. Sucht man einen ruhigen Ort fÃŒr Entspannung und Faulenzen ist man hier genau richtig. Kinder können sich super austoben und auch mal in den kÃŒhlen großzÃŒgigen Wohnbereich zurÃŒckziehen. Im Ort findet man alles was man braucht (BÀcker, kleiner Supermarkt, Pizzeria usw.). Wir waren sehr zufrieden und wÃŒrden wieder hinfahren.

Super Haus fÌr grössere Familie (waren 10 Personen. Konnten uns gut verteilen. Lorenzo ist gut zu erreichen fÌr Fragen, oder Sonstiges (durch Gewitter funktionierte die Zeitschaltuhr fÌr Pool und Draussen nicht mehr) Das Dorf Peroj ist sehr verschlafen, es gibt ein kleines LebensmittelgeschÀft, der Strand zu Fuss ist in ca. 17 min. (schnelles Laufen) zu erreichen. Am Stand wenig Schatten. Wenn man etwas unternehmen möchte oder fein Essen ist Fasana in der NÀhe. Sehr empfehlenswert sind die StrÀnde/Klippen bei Pula. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert.

Ruhige und wunderschöne Villa

Wir haben Ostern 2022 unseren Familienurlaub zusammen mit zwei Hunden in der schönen und vor allem sehr ruhigen Villa Lorenzo verbracht. Die Istrische Villa bietet alles, was man fÃŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Viel Platz, tolle Schlafzimmer und BÀder, Whirlpool, voll ausgestattete KÃŒche, und ein sehr großer Ess- & Wohnbereich. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und lÀsst keine WÃŒnsche offen. Sehr große ÃŒberdachte Terrasse, Billard, sehr schöner Pool und unsere Hunde konnten sich auf dem großem, eingezÀunten GrundstÃŒcken zwischen den OlivenbÀumen austoben und im Schatten liegen. Die Lage der Villa war fÃŒr uns perfekt. Kurze Wege zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort und vor allem die nÀhe zu Fazanas, Pula, Rovinj war natÃŒrlich ein großer Pluspunkt. Tolles grosszÃŒgiges Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir verreisten mit 5 Personen, das Haus nicht auf Anhieb gefunden, befand sich in einer Seitengasse in Ortsrandlage. Nette Einweisung durch Lorenzo. Sehr grosszÌgige WohnrÀume, KÌchenausstattung etwas spartanisch, aber jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein angrenzendes Badezimmer, das war toll, eines mit Whirlpool. Leider war der Pool sehr kalt da eine Abdeckung nicht vorhanden war, eine Dusche war undicht so das der Badboden immer nass war. Das ganze sehr grosse GrundstÌck war eingezÀunt, das war ein Paradies fÌr unseren kleinen Hund. Zum Strand benötigt mannicht unbedingt das Auto, 15 min zu Fuss,nurmit unseren Luftmatratzen war uns das zu umstÀndlich so das wir meistens mit dem Auto ans Meer gefahren sind, da dortn genÌgend ParkplÀtze vorhanden waren. Der Strand von Peroj ist paradiesisch nicht so Ìberlaufen und kleine Bars sind auch vorhanden. Es war fÌr uns ein toller erholsamer Urlaub und wir können uns vorstellen, dieses Ferienhaus wieder zu buchen.

Toller Urlaub

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, fußlÀufig zum Strand, aber trotzdem ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Das GrundstÃŒck war fÃŒr unseren Hund ideal, da er viel Platz hatte und alles eingezÀunt war. Hervorzuheben ist Lorenzo als Vermieter. Er hat uns in jeder Lage weitergeholfen und war immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Sehr gerne wieder!

Ein Aufenthalt mit Suchtfaktor

Der unkomplizierte und sehr nette persönliche Kontakt zum EigentÌmer und Vermieter mit all unseren Fragen vor - und wÀhrend unseres Urlaubs, war super. Tolles Haus mit viel Platz, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und traumhaften riesigen Olivenbaumgarten, in dem Nachts Nachtigallen ihr Lied trÀllern. Auch mit Hund super. Pool, Trampolin, Grill, Billiardtisch, Kicker, Terrasse, viele Liegen - tolle Ausstattung an Freizeitmöglichkeiten, alles wie versprochen und wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Absolut ruhig, kleiner Ort, nicht weit bis zum Meer - schnell in Fazana. Wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen und werden wiederkommen.
