Luxury villa with private pool, BBQ and sea view

This property is a luxuriously equipped villa with a large pool in a small village Salvela, not far from the town of Vodnjan, right between Pula and Rovinj, which you can reach in just 15 minutes by car. The villa is very accessible (just one minute from the main road), but in a private complex full of peace and privacy. Around the house is a private garden with pool, olive trees and a large terrace with sun loungers and barbecue. Relax and dive into a large swimming pool where even the youngest guests can dine in the shallow area for children. In addition, the youngest can have fun on a trampoline in the garden or take a look at the playroom in the basement of the house. In your own playroom you can play billiards, table tennis and table soccer for as long as you like. The house is divided into three floors and can accommodate up to 12 people in six spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the second floor of the house you enter a modern and spacious living room with dining room and fully equipped kitchen. From here you have access to a beautiful large balcony with a table and chairs suitable for outdoor dining. From the balcony you can enjoy the open sea view to the Brijuni islands. If you want to spend time outside the villa, we recommend you to visit nearby Fažana or Peroj, with beautiful beaches just 10 minutes drive away. Take the opportunity to enjoy Croatia with family and friends and book the vacation of your dreams! Unfortunately, youth groups are not allowed.
Final cleaning in the amount of 250 euros is not included in the price below and will be paid to the owner on the spot upon arrival.

The property was beautiful and as we had hoped - clean, spacious and Croatia is lovely. The check-in process was fraught as we did not realise we needed to make a deposit CASH payment of 800 Euros. We had to go and get local currency from a cash point and then have been left with this local currency at the end of our stay. There was no receipt available for us on paying this deposit and on asking for one we were made to feel very uncomfortable. We also had to pay 250 euros for cleaning which we were not aware of until after we had paid for the property. This should be included in the rental price. The check-in process was brusque and rather terrifying. We were warned repeatedly about causing damage and how much we would be charged if anything was damaged. During the week, one of the showers stopped draining. I contacted the manager and was asked to pull up the drain myself and remove all the hair and debris. I refused to do so and the manager came round to do it. This is not acceptable especially when paying 250 euros on top of the rental for cleaning.
