This is an OK place if you're not looking for everything up to date and sleek. They provided breakfast fixing but we brought our own and left most of theirs untouched. The property is secluded and quiet as long as fellow travelers are quiet. nicely decorated and close to the National Park. a big plus

This is a great place to stay if you’re exploring the Volcano area. Susan was wonderful and we had a delicious breakfast each morning. Our room was cozy and the property is beautiful.

Location location. This property is 5 min from Volcano NP. The property was well maintained. The only update I can provide is that breakfast is no longer served. Instead they provide cereal, coffee and such in your room.

Overall, experience is disappointing. Fell far short of the $360/night price tag. - Check-in Mix-Up: Entered our initial room and shocked that it was already occupied by another guest. After calling emergency support, we were quickly reassigned, but received no apology for the mix-up. - Room: The second room was nicely decorated with a comfortable queen bed, but it was very small, cramped with a tiny 4.5 X 4.5 feet shower stall. - Breakfast: Expecting a fresh, hot B&B breakfast (eggs, bacon, toast, coffee), we were served pre-packaged kids' items instead: boxed cereal, instant oatmeal, Capri Sun, and frozen French toast that turned rubbery when microwaved.

We had a wonderful stay here. Our only gripe, a minor one, was the breakfast was not included. We misunderstood from the description that we wouldn’t have to figure out breakfast options but that was quickly remedied by the businesses nearby. The property is beautiful and the owner and her dogs are very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful property wholly built with timber. Well maintained and tastefully themed decorated individual rooms. Loved the sound of nature and amenities in the room was thoughtful and personal. Communications by the property was timely and clear for a smooth non face to face checkin.
