"Great property and location for the local Froelich Fal-der-all. Clean and spacious and in a tiny fun town. The only issue was with my family and my parents we needed all the beds and one of the beds upstairs had a broken frame with 6 or 7 slats that were busted so we had to move the mattress to the floor for my 8 year old. Not the biggest issue, but with 1 message through the app and 1 through direct email there was no response. Didn’t want to be responsible for damage to something that was already that way when we checked in Friday. Would have liked to get a response and left a written note as well on the bed. Overall beyond that a really cool location that my kids just loved!"

"My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend. The house is so cute and well kept. Mary and Daryl are excellent hosts. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The bed was incredible! I haven't slept that well in quite some time. The little book of information that the host left was the most detailed and helpful one I've seen. The house has a wonderful history that I really enjoyed learning about. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here if you are in northeastern Iowa. Beautiful, comfortable stay."

"The host should put if there are goose down pillows on site, for those of us that have allergies to feathers and down. Thankfully I had allergy medicine with and found a couple of regular pillows on a couch. But was very stuffed up and itchy for the 2 days. They also had lavender products, but I was able to avoid them...also allergic to lavender. Hubby was not comfortable, hard bedsBut I did not think they were badOtherwise the place was great. Beautiful place, , was raining so unato use firepit but beautiful setup."
