I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage and Irene was fricking awesome. I also loved the massage room. It was open to the rainforest with a city view. Also our room was fabulous! I highly recommend staying at the Xandari. We chose to stay there our last night because it was close to the airport and we ended up with such a treat."

"If you want unique and private experience in the middle of the rain forest, this is the place. The room was really phenomenal. The closest town is 25 minutes away so be prepared to spend some time on the way to and from La Fortuna if you want to do any excursions."

"We stayed here on our last night in Costa Rica so we could be close to the airport. The family that runs this is so lovely. It's a quiet spot with a beautiful property. It was gorgeous waking up to one final view of the landscape through the giant single-pane window in the room. They recommended a great seafood spot in town for dinner and drove us to the airport in the morning. "
