This is our 10th visit to South Africa and we've stayed in dozens of excellent guesthouses. This rates amongst the top 5 despite its slightly unprepossessing exterior from the road. Ambience, service, charm and especially the superb dinner all top class.

Mo and Rose was such a beautiful modern place to stay. The rooms were gorgeous and just a stones throw away from the amazing bistro. We enjoyed a lovely dinner which had incredibly generous servings then could easily just roll back to our room. The garden is beautiful to walk around as well. Would definitely recommend and will come back

Galenia is a beautiful estate with beautiful views. It was very quiet when we stayed there, we probably would have preferred a few more people. The town of Montagu could be skipped however, it is not the prettiest of places. There are some very beautiful places to see in South Africa.
This is a place to relax in, take in the views and read a good book. The food is excellent also.

Great little guest farm. Family owned with excellent staff. Lovely dogs taking good care of us during our stay. Amazing breakfast. Nice rooms. Great for families. We would definitely stay here again.
