We had our room cleaned every other day and would recommend this hotel any day. We have stayed at 4 star hotels but have never had the staff e so attentive to our needs and wants."

"The room is very clean. But yesterday when my sister check in at 9:15 p.m, the receptionist asked my sister to pay 500Baht for the deposits which she paid. When my sister asked for a receipt, she just don't know the answers and kept saying some words which we didn't understand . Then she was seaching her notes and after 10 minutes, finally she wrote a recipe. When we asked for a copy, she just said something we didn't understand. We spent more than 15 minutes waiting for the receipt. The hotel...

"The staff are so nice and so accommodating to your needs. The bed is hard but that’s the only downside. Location is fantastic and your less than 5 minutes from a main bts station"
